Mix well all-purpose flour, corn flour and 1 pinch color

Mix well and add curd. if looks thick add some water and make smooth material. Cover it and keep aside

Take a pan, add sugar and little water on medium flame. And 2 cardamom to enhance taste

Make 1 string syrup. Switch off flame. Keep aside

Heat oil at medium flame. Take a squeeze bottle or zip lock bags... put jalegi material in it.

Make jalebi and let it fry for 1 minute on low flame. turn gradually. when it turns brown. remove jalebi from oil and put in hot sweet syrup

Let it soak for 2-3 minutes. then it's ready to serve hot jalebi.
