Steps

Take all-purpose flour, salt and oil in a bowl and mix well.

Add water in parts and knead to a firm dough.

Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Make stuffing for Momos. Take 2 spoon oil add ginger and garlic paste. Cook for 20 sec approx.

Add all finely chopped vegetables and cook for 2 minutes at medium to high flame, add salt, chilli powder, garam masala as per taste, add soya sauce. Cook for 1 minute more then switch off the flame

Let the stuffing cool down. Now start preparing momos outer cover

Make small balls from the dough and keep covered in wet cloth.

Small think circle it should be thick from centre

Tap water with finger on edges. Place a little stuffing material of it.

Now do pleating the momos. Give it shape as per your choice

Now place moms on steam for 5-6 minutes. After 5-6 minute it will be ready to serve with sauce..
