Ingredients

  1. 150 gmscauliflower
  2. 1medium sized onions
  3. Carrot, capsicum, French beans,peas 1 bowl (all together)
  4. Salt
  5. Green chillies chopped
  6. Lemon juice 1 tspoon
  7. Aloo bhujia for serving
  8. Oil 2 tspoon
  9. Cumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and blend cauliflower.chop all veggies

  2. 2

    Now heat the pan add oil add cumin seeds now add onion saute till transperant.

  3. 3

    Now add carrot, capsicum,beans saute for couple of minutes.add cauliflower mix well and cook for five minutes.

  4. 4

    Add salt, lemon juice mix well and serve hot sprinkler aloo bhujia it's optional as it's a low carb dish.tastes nice.
