Steps

Take a baingan and make a four slit,and grease well & keep on burner,flip &roast uniformly after cooking peel the skin& mash smooth

In tadka 5tps oil,1/2 cumin,red chill,garlic,ginger,saute well,add chopped onion,

Then add chill Chopped tomato and saute well,salt per taste

Add rosted brainganand cook for 5 min

Now our braingan bharta is ready
