Steps

Prepare marinade, place chops in marinade, refrigerate for 3 plus hours. Move chops in marinade every 30 minutes or so.

Heat oil over medium heat. Remove chops from marinade, place in pan 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Reduce heat, add marinade to pan cook for 3 minutes to reduce sauce, add chops to pan with juices and cook for 3 minutes per side. Temp meat to 145 degrees.

Serve chops with sauce.
