Squash Scones (no butter)

Preheat oven to 200°C

Chop squash into large chunks, drizzle with oil and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven for 30 minutes

Mix flour, salt, pepper and chopped chives
- 4
Add mashed squash, cheese and chilli jam
- 5
Roughly pat down mixture
- 6
Flour a cookie cutter and cut out 12 scones
- 7
Egg wash the top of the scones then bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown
