as required
  1. 1 tbspzeera whole (dry roast)
  2. 1 tbspcoriander seeds (dry roast)
  3. 1 tbspflax seed
  4. 1 tbspfennel seeds (sounf dry roast)
  5. 1 tbspfenugreek seeds (methi Dana)
  6. 1 tbspNigella seeds (kalonji)
  7. 1/2 tspblack mustard (Rai)

  1. 1

    Take a pan add Zeera whole, coriander seeds, fennel seeds dry roast.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Save the punj Pooran masala in airtight container.
