Steps

Cut the potatoes in cube shape and cut the green chillies.

Take a wok add oil, ginger garlic paste and stir fry

Add all dry spices, green chillies, potatoes.

Add turmeric powder garam masala, chicken cube and mix well.

Then add tomato paste, water as required and cook for 15 minutes till the potatoes are soft and water is dried and oil separates.

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Add green coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan 😋.
