Ingredients

  • 500 mlmilk
  • 2eggs
  • 30 gflour
  • 80 gsugar
  • 1vanilla pod

Steps

  1. 1

    Let the milk boil with the opened vanilla pod in it

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs and sugar together, then add the flour

  3. 3

    Mix in the hot milk

  4. 4

    Put that back on a low flame and stir for 5 to 10 min

  5. 5

    Stop whenever the preperation starts to boil
