Homemade Maple Syrup
This recipe only takes about 15 mins to make. It's super easy and I'm sure you'll love too.
Steps
- 1
Grab a medium sized pot. Poor 1 cup of water, 1 cup white sugar, one cup of brown sugar into pot, Stir. Turn stove top to high heat.
- 2
When it comes to a boil, turn to low heat, add maple, grab lid and let it simmer. When it thickens take it away from the heat and let it sit.
- 3
Serve! Also, after this has cooled you can transfer this into a Mason jar, an old left over maple syrup plastic bottle or, in a Glad Plastic Tupperware bowl with a lid. I recommend putting in the fridge to prolong the freshness of it but it's "optional." This is the easiest way to make maple syrup and was a little different in the measuring, of my first recipe. ENJOY!
