A very simple recipe quite common in some parts of India..
Steps

Wash both veggies, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it.

Moderate the flame, add methi, let it splutter.

Now add garlic, saute it till brown.

Add sliced onion, stir fry it till brown.

Now add haldi powder, give a stir.

Increase the flame. Now add veggies, stir fry for a while. Add salt also.

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till veggies are almost done. Do not over stir.

Open the lid now, add green chilli & tomato, give a stir.

Cover it again, cook it at low flame till tomato becomes tender.

Open the lid now, Increase the flame now, stir fry till sabzi becomes dry.

Switch off the flame, cover it with the lid for a while.

Open the lid & take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Have it with Roti or Paratha.
