Khaman is a famous Gujarati food
Steps

Add 1 cup water,citric acid,sugar, salt and mix well in bowl.

Mix well until sugar, salt and citric acid completely melt and add gram flour.

Mix well until batter came in pouring consistancy.

Now pour the batter in alluminium bowl and place it in the preheated pan and cook it for 15-20 min after 10 min check with the knife.

Now take out plate from pan and allow it to cool for a min.

Now make a cut in khaman as your desire shape.

For Tempting:Turn on the flame and heat a pan,now add oil,mustard seed,curry leaves,green chill,pinch of asafoetida,add water as needed and sprinkle some coriander leaves.

Khaman is ready to serve.
