Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmulti grain atta (flour)
  2. 2 tbspbesan
  3. 1 cuprice atta
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. to tastefinely chopped capsicum
  8. to tastefinely chopped onion
  9. to tastecrushed paneer
  10. to tastegrated carrot
  11. to tastegrated Cheddar cheese
  12. to tastegrated Mozarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Just mix the Besan, Multi-grain atta and rice Atta with salt, red chilli, Ajwain. Then pour water to make a batter.

    Put a little oil, pour it over the non- stick tawa, Already pre-heated. After one side is cooked. Turn it over, then apply tomato sauce, put chopped onions, capsicum, crushed paneer, grated carrot and put cheese on top.

    Then cover it with an inverted bowl, for the cheese to melt. Once done, take it on a platter and garnish it with oregano and chilli flakes.
