First of all boil corn in presser cooker.

Take mixer grinder. Add Cashew in it. Add 1 cup of water in it. Make puree of cashew.

Take a Pan. Add butter, Chopped Onion, Garlic cloves, chilli in it. Add salt, turmeric powder in it. Add chopped tomato in it. Add little water in it. Cook it for 5 minutes. Add boiled corn in it. Add Chilli powder in it. Cook again for 3 to 5 minutes. Add water to make it consistency like sabji.

Your delecious sabji is ready to serve. Serve it with Roti or Lachha Paratha.
