Ingredients

1n half hour's
3-4 person
  • 1 1/4 cupCholay (chickpeas soaked overnight or at least 2 hour's
  • 2Onion Medium size sliced
  • 2Tomatoes Medium size chopped
  • 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspcumin seeds powder
  • 2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • Salt as per test
  • 1 tspAll spice's powder
  • 1 cupyoghurt
  • 1 cupOil
  • 4-5 cupswater
  • Ginger,Green chillies, coriander Leaf for garnishing

Steps

1n half hour's
  1. 1

    Wash soaked chickpeas thrice.

  2. 2

    In a pot add chickpeas,onion sliced,tomatoes Sliced, ginger garlic paste and all the spices except salt and All spice's powder.

  3. 3

    Add water about 4 to 5 cups Cook high flame. when it become boil.

  4. 4

    Turn the flame very low and cover it and let it cook for 1 or 1½ hrs or until the chickpeas done (if you r using pressure cooker it will take just half an hour or less)

  5. 5

    When chickpeas are done add oil, yoghurt and gram masla powder mix and bhoonofy it on high flame until oil separate.

  6. 6

    Add 1 glass of water and bring it to boil. check the gravy you want and turn the stove off.

  7. 7

    Garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander
    Serve with boiled rice or roti....
