Use veg oil,when peeling the bananas,and dip them in salty water.

When done,bring water to boil nd boil them for 6mint nd avoid overcooked bananas.

Let them rest for few as yu make yur salsa,

Wash your condiments,and cut them in small pieces nd mix together,add salt to taste and lastly squeeze yur lemon juice to enhance the flavour.

In a pan add veg oil,and let oil get hot,deep fry yur plantains till crunchy

Serve hot with beef stew,tea or kahawa.
