To make one plate papdi chaat, take 7-8 papdi, dip each papdi in whisked curd and arrange on plate.

For besan vada, add 2 tbsp water to 2 tbsp besan. Add 1/2 tsp salt and pinch of baking soda. Mmix and add dollops of batter to hot oil and fry until golden.

Top it with 1/2 the potatoes, chick peas, vada, remaining curd, 2 tsp imli chutney followed by 2 tsp green chutney.

Sprinkle little salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, chilli/pepper powder.

Repeat above steps for each plate.

Garnish with coriander and sev and pomegranate.

Serve immediately.
