Take a big mixing bowl add curd or Laban, vanilla essence, oil and whisk it nicely.

Sieve maida, salt, baking powder, baking soda and powder sugar.

Add this dry mixture flour to wet ingredients, whisk and blend nicely, add milk. Mix tutti frutti to it and give a good mix.

Now preheat the oven.Fill the cup cake with 2/3 mixture(as it will rise when kept for baking)sprinkle some tutti frutti On top too.Bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 25 min or till done.

Insert a tooth pic to check, if it comes clear, cupcakes are ready. Take out from the oven. Let it cool. Cupcakes are ready to serve.
