Here I have made hadvo batter. Soak rice dal for 4 -5 hours. Grind them in grinder or mixer corasly rava texture. Add curd turmeric salt to the batter and let it get fermented. Once batter gets ready after 5 hours after grinding use it for making hadvo or handvo appe.batter should be thick.

Take a pan add oil once it gets heat add mustard seeds cumin seeds Curry leaves pinch hing sessame seeds soaf red chilli 1 once it gets fragnant add red chilli powder chopped ginger garlic salt sugar mix it and saute pour this tempering to the batter.

Take a paniyaram pan once it get heat grease it with oil with brush place 1 spoon handvo batter into all indents cover the lid and cook both sides adding oil in low flame. Bottom sides will be cooked and the upper side of the vada will be fried

Now flip the appe on another side to cook with the help of toothpick or wooden skewer. Add oil into the sides to cook. Hot less oil handvo appe is ready to serve. Serve with ketchup or chutney.

Serve with tea and mint chutney... So here handvo appe is ready to serve!!
