Steps

Take a bowl to add maida, salt, 1 Tbsp oil, and water into it and knead a tight dough. Then take rest ½ tbsp oil and smooth it by applying on it. Cover the dough and let it rest for ½ hour.

Now take another bowl to prepare satta. Add Ghee, and Maida mix well and keep aside.

Now take the dough to divide into 5 equal balls and roll thin as much thin you can roll. Then apply Satta on each roti and paste roti 1 by 1.

Now roll again all the 5 roti together very thin. And apply rest satta on it and sprinkle little Maida on it. Then roll and cut into small pieces.

Now roll thin each piece and cut into thin Strips. Now fold the Strips into knot shape and paste the edge with water together.

Now deep fry all pakwan till golden brown colour appears at the low-medium flame.
