First mash the potatoes.

Add dry masalas-salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder,ajwain and mix well.

Add chopped ginger onion,tomato and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Now take a kneaded wheatflour ball and roll it.

Now place this potato filling on it.

Fold it.

Stretch it in a roll.

Stretch it in along roll.

Now press it into a ball.

Now roll it with rolling pin and sprinkle little wheat flour.

Now again roll it with rolingpin.

Now roast the paratha with homemade butter from both the sides on tawa.

Now roast this paratha with homemade butter from both the sides on tawa.

Now your laccha masala allooparatha is ready.

Serve hot with curd,pickle and tea.
