  1. 1 cupSooji
  2. 1 cupWater
  3. 1 cupButtermilk
  4. 1 spoonGinger and green chillies paste
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. pinchTurmeric powder
  7. 1 spoonbesan/gram flour
  8. 1 pinchBaking soda
  9. 1 pinchCitric acid

    Mix all the ingredient accept baking soda

  2. 2

    Mix well cover it and keep aside for 10 mins

    Then heat the steaming plate grease it with oil, add baking soda at the end mix for 1 min then add it to the plate, sprinkle. Red chilli powder if you like spicy.

    Steat it for 5 mins then cut it and put some oil on it if you want. Have it with nice hot ginger tea. Thanks enjoy
