Ingredients

1/2 hr
4 servings
  1. 1/2 kglamb liver
  2. 2 spoonGinger/ garlic paste
  3. 1 spoonred chilli powder
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 2 spoonsDhaniya powder
  6. 1 spoonGram masala
  7. 1Lemon
  8. Oil
  9. Mint,corriendor and ginger chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash lamb liver nicely and keep aside for strain

  2. 2

    Take a pan put some oil keep it on low flame

  3. 3

    Slowly put lamb liver in the pan and all the ingredients mentioned above full the flame

  4. 4

    Wait for 5mints then pour some water and cover with lid for 10 mints

  5. 5

    When it soak up water put some oil so that it will be very crispy

    Make sure it will not get stick to pan

  7. 7

    When it turned brown and crispy

  8. 8

    Granish with chopped mint corriendor and ginger with a slice of lemon on the top
