Heat Butter over Medium Heat in a large Skillet.

Add Fish Filets. Salt Lightly. Cook until browned on both sides, until Fish flakes and is done. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Add onions. Cook until they start to soften. Add Garlic. Cook for about another minute.

Add White Wine. Heat until it starts to bubble and reduce. Add Salt, Pepper, Lemon Zest, and Heavy Whipping Cream. Cook until Sauce reduces and thickens to your liking. Add Chives.

Spoon Sauce over Fish and serve. It's also fantastic with Rice and Grilled Asparagus! Enjoy!
