Ingredients

15 minutes

  • 2 cupgulab jamun mix
  • 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon mint leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespooncoriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoongaram masala
  • 1 teaspoonchopped green chilies
  • As neededOil for frying
  • 1 tablespoonChat masala for sprinkling

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients

  2. 2

    Add little water and knead the hard dough

  3. 3

    Make small medium size balls

    Heat the oil in a pan

  5. 5

    When oil get medium hot,fry all these balls

    Fry till it comes golden brown in colour

    Sprinkle some chat masala and serve it with tomato sauce
