Take a bowl & add wheat flour, semolina,sesame seeds, baking powder & ghee. Mix all ingredients. Add milk gradually & make a dough. Once dough is ready keep it aside.

Divide the dough into small portion & roll. Cut into round pieces using bowl. Prick it with fork. Tikki’s are ready.

Heat some oil and put the tikki one by one.
Once the tikki turns light brown take it out. - 4
In a pan make sugar syrup. Add 2 cup sugar & 1 cup water. Add saffron. Once the syrup thicken and it has 2 string thread. It’s ready.

Apply some ghee in a plate. Dip the tikki in syrup one by one garnish with dry fruits. Repeat the same process with all tikki.
