  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspCurry leaves
  • 1 teaspoonrai/mustard seeds
  • 1 cupSugar syrup
  • 1 spoonOil

Steps

    Take a bowl. Add curd and besan and mix well

    Add spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Steam for 30 min

  4. 4

    Take pan. Add rai, oil and curry leaves

  5. 5

    Add tadka on dhokla

  6. 6

    Add sugar syrup

  7. 7

    It's ready
