Steps

In non-stick pan boil milk

Add bread crums, cardomom powder,anis powder mix well

Add milkmaid.our rabdi is ready switch off the gas

Then add pan essence,gulkand and crush pan leaves.

When it is cool.

In shot glass pour rabdi add mini rasgulla again pour some rabdi on it

Garnish with cherry /dry fruit /mini rasgullas etc and serve.

Served cool taste best.

You can add green colour also.
