Ingredients

20 -25mins
4-6 person
  • 3 cupsfull fat milk
  • 2 tbspbread crumbs
  • 1/2 cupcondensed milk
  • 2 tbspsugar (optional)
  • 1 tbspgulkand
  • 4-5 dropspan essence
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 1/4 tspfennel powder
  • 1-2Calcutti pan leaves crushed
  • 7-8Mini rasgullas
  • as neededdry fruits
  • 4-5cherries to garnish

Steps

20 -25mins
  1. 1

    In non-stick pan boil milk

  2. 2

    Add bread crums, cardomom powder,anis powder mix well

  3. 3

    Add milkmaid.our rabdi is ready switch off the gas

  4. 4

    Then add pan essence,gulkand and crush pan leaves.

  5. 5

    When it is cool.

  6. 6

    In shot glass pour rabdi add mini rasgulla again pour some rabdi on it

  7. 7

    Garnish with cherry /dry fruit /mini rasgullas etc and serve.

  8. 8

    Served cool taste best.

  9. 9

    You can add green colour also.
