Ingredients

  1. 2pomfret fish (clean and wash)
  2. 4garlic cloves
  3. 1 inchginger
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspbesan (gram flour)
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and wash fish

    Then grind all ingredients and marinate fish at least for 1hour

    Heat oil on tawa and fry till crisp on both side... Serve hot
