Ingredients

2 cupsChicken boiled and shredded
1/3 cupCheddar Cheese
1/3 cupMozzarella Cheese
2medium Potatoes boiled and mashed
Salt as per taste
1 tspBlack Pepper Powder
1 tspChilli flakes
2 tbspChopped coriander
2beaten Egg
Breadcrumbs as per need
Cooking Oil for frying as per need

Boil potatoes until soft. Don’t boil them until soggy or mushy else the mixture will turn sticky.

Peel them and add to a large bowl.Grate them using a grater.

Mix boiled chicken, grated potatoes, cheese, chopped coriander and all spices.
Mix well.

Check the mixture for salt and add more if required.

Divide the mixture into equal portions.

Take one portion and give it a shape like a ball.

Dip it into beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.

Heat the oil and fry until golden and crisp.

Serve with mayo garlic sauce or any dip.
