Ingredients

35 mints
5-6 people
  • 1whole chicken. Deep cuts
  • half cup yogurt
  • 1 table spoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1 table spoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 table spoonChicken powder
  • 1 tea spoonor add to taste salt
  • 1 tea spoonfull black pepper
  • 1 tea spoonfull white pepper
  • 1 tea spoonyellow food color
  • 2 table spoonLemon juice
  • 2medium tomatoes
  • 2 table spoonfull shaan tandoori masala
  • 1 table spoonChat masala
  • 1 table spoonVinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate whole chicken with yoghurt, red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, white pepper, lemon juice,chicken powder and yellow food color.

    Leave it for 3 to 4 hours or over night.

    Tie chicken legs and whole chicken with thread to deep fry

  4. 4

    In a deep saucepan heat oil. Fill it half for deep fry chicken. Flame should be medium

  5. 5

    Fry chargah from both sides 15 mint each side.

  6. 6

    When it is done. Take out chargah in a dish and remove thread

  7. 7

    After this. Take 1 fry pan and add 2 table spoon of oil. Heat oil then add 2 tomatoes, chat masala vinegar and shan tandoori masala, fry tomatoes untill it's done for gravy

  8. 8

    Pour this gravy on top of chargah, sprinkle some chat masala if you want

  9. 9

    Serve it with fries and puri paratha 😊
