Steps

Cut the chicken breast in a slice, keeping the base.

Then marinate the chicken with soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, tomato sauce, salt and red chilli powder.

Then in a pan heat the oil. Next wrap the chicken in a flour.

Then wrap it in a beaten egg, then in a breadcrumb.

Next deep fry in a low flame. Chicken Hasselback ready to serve.
