Heat the pan and put some ghee.

Place the paneer in the ghee.

And toast all side of the paneer and keep it aside.

Take kadai and put some ghee, add onion and fry it well.

In another pan put pepper, jeera, fenugreek and red chilli and make a dry roast and blend in the mixer jar.

Now put the grind paste in the onion tawa and add ginger garlic paste.

Add salt to it and add roasted panner finally put some coriander.

Now it is ready to serve.
