Fish 🐟 fried with little Chilli touch

First wash the Fish with clean water then marinate it with little salt and turmeric powder and leave it for 5 mins. This would be done to remove the foul smell of Fish.

Now turn on the flame and place a pan pour there 5 Tablespoons of Oil and shallow fry all fish. Don't put at a time if one batch done, then repet the other batch.

If one side done then flip it to other side. Handle with care otherwise it will break.

Now transfer the fried fish to a plate and in the same pan again add Oil.Let the oil heat then add onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute it in medium flame for 3 mins.

Then add Capsicum, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, little salt. Check according to your taste. Cook for 5 mins in medium flame and low flame. Now add fried fish and coat the masala well. So, that it's taste will comes. Then ready to serve. Enjoy.
