Everyone loves snacks fried or non fried , my family loves some chatpta fry and healthy snack . Today I make a healthy but fry snack , healthy due to used soya chunks, poha, and gram flour all are in healthy version .. my family loved fried so I make in fry form. If you wants more healthy then make shape in flat coins and cook on non-stick pan without fry or shallow fry , only grease pan and cook . It's so yummy , tasty and healthy . Let's try

Firstly soak soya chunks into hot water for 15 minutes. Then squeeze water.

Soak poha In hot water for 2 minutes then drain water.

Now combine squeezed soya chunks and poha into a grinder and coarsely grind don't make paste.

Now combine all ingredients Into a bowl and mix well make like a dough.

Now take some mixture and give any desired shape.

Fry in hot oil on medium flame until become golden brown or crispy.

Ready healthy soya kebabs.
