Prepare sugar syrup. Add 1 cup sugar in pan mix with 1/2 cup water. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Add 2 cardamom and cook for 1 more minute. Sugar syrup is ready to keep aside.

Cut almonds and pistachios in small parts.

Take a pan for rabri. Add milk and when milk turns to boil. Low the flame. Add 2 cardamom. Cook for 20-25 minutes. When it turns thick.

Cut the breads in two parts and fry them on medium flame. Dip in sugar syrup.

Shahi tukda is ready to serve.
