Steps

Take a vessel. Add4-5 cups of water,along with 1tsp salt and 1tbs oil. Allow to boil add noodles in it. After noodles are semi cooked, remove in stationer and allow it to cool.

Cut capsicum and spring onion and keep all other ingredient ready.

Add oil in a pan, allow it to heat. Add finely chopped ginger, garlic and chillies. Saute it.

Add spring onions and allow it to cook for a min. Them add capsicum and allow it to cook.

Add schezwan sauce,chilli sauce and soya sauce and mix well. All salt to taste.

Add cooked noodles and mix well. Garnish it and your Hakka noodles is ready.
