An old friend I used to work with would make these a couple of times a week. This is for the memories. Once in a while he would put mayonnaise on it but most of the time he put butter.

Peel and slice the avocado. Best way if the avocado is ripe is scoop the whole avocado out of its skin.

Spread the butter on each slice of bread. Salt the avocado pieces.

Add the avocado slices on two of the slices of bread. Top with the other slice of bread,making 2 sandwiches. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
