Sooji sweetheart cutlets

Take a pan and add 2 cups water in it. Add 1 cup semolina capsicum sweetcorn and onion green chilli in it. Mix it well and add salt in it. Cook it till it gets thicken and semolina soaks water.

Take out the mixture and let it cool at room temperature. put it in refrigerator for 15 min.

Make hearts of mixture and put it aside. Take plain flour in a bowl and add water in it. Make thin batter of it.

Take bread crumbs in a bowl and add chilli flakes. Mix it.

Take semolina heart and dip it in plain flour batter and coat it with bread crumbs mixture.

Fry this hearts in oil on medium flame till it turns to golden brown.

Serve it hot with tomato ketchup. And add some french fries in serving plate to add taste.
