Steps

Take flour in a bowl, add salt, carom seeds and ghee. Mix all ingredients.

Use 3/4 cup lukewarm water to Knead the soft dough, after kneeding the dough cover and keep it side for 20 minutes to set.

Now preheat a pan to cook stuffing add 2tsp oil in it. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, now add green chillies and roast them.

Add 1/2cup grated paneer and roast while stirring it continously. Add red chilli powder, salt and roast them for 2 minutes.

Now divide the dough in 10 equal balls. Lift some stuffing and bind it into the round shape ball.

Preheat oil in low flame, take dough and roll it. Press to flatten it and hollow it using your fingers to fill the stuffing. Place some stuffing over it and press the stuffing using your thumb.

Now cover all the filling nicely, now flatten it by using your palm.

Now fry kachories on medium heat and fry till golden brown from both the sides. Now paneer kachories are ready to serve.

Now serve kachories with green chutney or with tomato ketchup.
