4Preboiled Potatoes (big sized)
2 tbspPoppy seeds
1 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspRed chilli powder
2 tbspCoriander powder
1 tspChat masala
to tasteSalt
4 tbspOil / ghee

Cut the potatoes into thick rounds

Mix all the spices in a plate (except chat masala)and coat Potatoes in it

Heat a nonstick tawa pour oil and arrange the potatoes on it(we have to shallow fry it)

Flip and roast both sides till golden color. Serve as a side dish with any curry.
