First crushed lokhi in a bowl with the help of cutter

Now take a soft cloth add crushed lokhi in it push tightly to remove complete water in it

Now add chilli flakes salt gram Masala powder coriander powder and turmeric powder in it mix well

Add green coriander onion green chilli in it mix well

Add basan in it mix completely well

Now rest for 1 hour

Make kabab shape of it and fry in a normal flame till cook and light brown

It's ready to serve with salad
