Ingredients

20-25 minutes
3-4 people
  • 4-5boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbsppeas boiled
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves (chopped)
  • 2green chili
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/3 tbspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  • Oil for Frying
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 2 tbspmakai ka aata
  • 1carrot (grated)
  • 1 tbspmint leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2chat masala
  • 1onion(chopped)
  • 1 tbspcorn flour

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take boiled potatoes and add all the ingredients mix well and make a dough.

    Make round tikki shaped.

    In a kadhai put oil and then fry the tikkie.

    Fry until it becomes brown and serve with Chutney or sauce.
