In a bowl take wheat flour, salt, oil and water as required knead the dough. Let it settle for 15 minutes.

Grate the raddish keep it in a plate

Grate 3/4th of onion keep it aside

Add salt to radish and onion let the water content should go completely so squeeze it after 5 minutes

Boil and remove peel of potatoes, and then mash it.

Now heat a pan add oil, jeera, finely chopped onion (from 1/4th onion), ginger garlic paste, curry leaves saute it for a while. Then add turmericpowder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, salt to taste, Then add squeezed onion and radish saute it until the raw smell completely vanish. Then add mashed potatoes mix it, switch off the flame add coriander leaves.

Now stuff aloo masala in dough prepare paratha, cook it on both the sides of paratha. Masala Aloo Paratha is ready
