Steps

Chop all vegetables

Blend tomatoes coarse

Heat oil saute onions and garlic to soft

Add chopped Bell peppers and fry for few mins then add all masalas and cook by adding little water

Add tomato puree and tomato paste /pizza sauce. Cook till water dries and oil comes up

Taste seasonings and add if some thing is less, make holes (well) in the pan and pour eggs one by one at a distance sprinkle some dhania and green chillies cook on low flame then cover and cook on dum.

Check if eggs are done well as you like than close flame sprinkle salt on eggs and coriander /cilantro. It's ready cut with knife and with a flat spoon take out.

Delicious Shakshuka is ready. Do try it's so yummy can be made for breakfast, brunch or any time.
