In a bowl mix milk powder, maida, rava, salt, baking soda n powder. Add curd and mix, and add milk Gradually as require n bind smooth dough. Grease dough with clarified butter and keep aside for 10min.

Heat water and sugar in a large pan and melt sugar. After that keep for boiling for 3-4 minutes. Crush cardamom finely with hand grinder and add into syrup. Turn off heat n wait for 2min. Then add washed rose pattels. (As I avoided gulab jal, you can skip it too, n if you have then add it at last)

Now, from prepared dough, take 1/2tsp of mixture and make small break less balls. (Smooth texture balls) add into lightly hot clarified butter and keep stirring until light brown. Add directly into hot sugar syrup and wait for 30-40min.

Transfer into bowl to serve hot. Or store in air tight container to enjoy cooling sweetness of jamun.
