Ingredients

32 idlis
  • 3 cupsukra rice
  • 1 cupurad dal
  • As neededLittle water to adjust consistency
  • 2 tbspoil and little for greasing
  • 1regular eno
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • as per taste Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice and dal separately for 7-8 hours

  2. 2

    Grind it separately and mix well

  3. 3

    Ferment it.

  4. 4

    While making add water, salt, eno, baking soda

    Add oil in it, mix well

    Grease the idli mould with oil and add batter in it
