This recipe is bomb. You get super soft and fluffy pancakes and they are so delicious. My love for pancake makes me try different pancakes recipe and this recipe is special so try it out. I even learnt this in a online class

In a bowl, add in eggs, sugar and vanilla extract and mix in a mixer for 10 mins until fluffy and pale. Mix to this consistency

Now add in your dry ingredients and mix (flour, baking powder and powdered milk) add the melted butter also and mix for 10 seconds

Then add in your water and gently use a spatula to mix.

Then in a non stick pan, put little oil and use a kitchen towel to clean it over. Then pour in your butter

Cover and allow to cook until bubbly. Then flip over and cook for 2mins on low heat

Then turn into a plate and repeat for all. Serve plain or with your favorite syrup and enjoy😋
