Wash the arbi properly.

Take a pan add water bring it to boil..add salt and arbi..and let it boil for around 5 to 8 minutes.

Drain the water..let the arbi cool down.Once cooled peel it and slice it.

Take a pan..add oil..once hot add hing..curry leaves,green chilli..add the arbi and salt, saute it for around 5 minutes.

Add the dry spices give it a nice mix..let it cook for some time..add tamarind pulp..stir it well.Let it cook for 10 minutes.

Garnish it with coriander...
