First of all we take all the ingredients required for kofta balls in a bowl and mix them properly.

Mix grated paneer to it.

Blanch the spinach and make a puree with green peas.And add to the mixture.

Flatten the mixture on palm and stuff the filling.

Make the koftas.

Heat the oil and deep fry all the koftas.

Keep aside all the koftas

For greavy heat a pan,add the oil and add cumin seeds,bay leaves and ginger garlic paste.

Now add onions tomatoes paste to it.Then add all the dry spices.

Now add curd,milk,cashew nuts puree and tomato sauce one by one.Also add rest of spinach green peas puree in it.Also add some grated paneer to it.

Stir well by adding some water.

Now arrange all the koftas in a bowl and pour the greavy on it and garnish with green coriander leaves and cashew nuts and some milk cream.
